Delivery information

All the orders are processed within 2 hours once payment has been received in full so that they can be dispatched the same day (if placed before 1pm), or the following day (for orders placed after 1pm). All the orders placed during weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.

The shown information regarding delivery times may take longer for areas that are not easily accessible. We strive to respect the stated delivery times, but we cannot be held liable for interest and damages because of late delivery and we won't accept the cancellation of an order on that basis.

All the orders are processed in our headquarters and will be dispatched from one of VertixOn Group® logistic centers. Occasionally when more than one item has been ordered, to ensure that you receive all items as quickly as possible, we may need to dispatch your order from different VertixOn Group® logistic centers, therefore, please check whether you have received more than one tracking email.

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with a tracking reference, and a link to the courier's website so you can see the progress of your delivery whilst in transit.

In the event that your order has arrived and is not complete, please contact us within 24 hours and we will endeavor to send the missing items to you on an express service (when available) after an investigation.

All the orders are dispatched from one of our VertixOn Group® logistic centers in a pristine condition and should arrive in the same state. If your order arrives in a less than satisfactory condition, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving delivery, although it is Client's responsibility to provide us a proof of missing or broken articles, and we will arrange for return/replacement at no cost to yourself if necessary. Please note, conditions such as "acceptance conditional upon verification" or "acceptance conditional upon opening of wrapping" have no legal value with insurers or couriers.
