Shipping and Delivery

We offer delivery to all European countries. Once payment has been approved, orders placed before 1:00 pm are dispatched on the same business day. Orders placed after 1:00 pm are dispatched on the following business day.

Please note that business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

• Ireland: Standard delivery typically takes 3 to 5 working days, while Express delivery usually takes 24 to 48 hours.
• Rest of Europe: Standard delivery typically takes 3 to 7 working days, while Express delivery usually takes 48 to 72 hours.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination and the courier service.

Returns and Refunds Policy

If you wish to return a product purchased from our store, you may request a return within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, in accordance with applicable law.

Returned products must be in perfect condition, free from signs of use or damage, and have their labels and seals intact, where applicable. Products must also include all original accessories and components and be properly packaged to allow inspection and potential resale.

Digital products, such as software and licences, are subject to the specific terms applicable to each product and to the relevant legal provisions. Restrictions may apply to cancellations, returns and refunds.
