Returns and Refunds Policy

If you wish to return a product purchased from our store, you may request a return within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, in accordance with applicable law.

Returned products must be in perfect condition, free from signs of use or damage, and have their labels and seals intact, where applicable. Products must also include all original accessories and components and be properly packaged to allow inspection and potential resale.

Digital products, such as software and licences, are subject to the specific terms applicable to each product and to the relevant legal provisions. Restrictions may apply to cancellations, returns and refunds.

For further information about the returns process or to clarify any questions, we recommend contacting our Customer Support team at helpdesk@movertix.com before sending any product back.
